Celebrating the Big "Two"

We don't know where the time went but Izzy turned two years old back in December. She continues to surprise us everyday. Her vocabulary is amazing and she is one feisty little girl. She's definitely not going to be bossed around by anybody when she gets to go to school. No way. I'm guessing she'll be calling the shots-it's what she does around our house.

A few days after her party, I took her for her two-year check up and she had the following stats:

Height: 35.5 inches = 90th percentile
Weight: 32 lbs. = 95th percentile
Head circumference = 49.2 cm = 90th percentile

So, basically, she's a genius and is a huge two-year old. We make 'em big and smart over in the Marsh household.

We celebrated with family and our closest family friends......

She awoke to balloons in her room and her brother climbing in her crib:

Sometime after the cake but before gifts, Izzy birthday party turned into a pint-sized version of MTV's Jersey Shore. I have no idea why the boys took their shirts off but I'm sure the twenty-somethings over in Jersey do not like the competition:
